What cookies are
Cookies are small files saved in your browser when you visit a website. They allow, for example, the website to work properly and securely.
Cookies used on this website
- Essential: needed for the website to work securely, such as the anti-bot check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile), and the
bg_consentimentocookie, which stores your choice in the cookie notice for the period you choose (10 days, 30 days or 12 months). They cannot be turned off. - Restricted access: on the Extranet, used only by Blueground employees, one cookie keeps the session open for up to 8 hours after signing in with a Microsoft 365 account, and another protects the sign-in itself. They are not used anywhere else on the website.
- Videos (YouTube), optional: videos are only loaded with your permission in the cookie notice and when you click to watch. They come from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube may set its own cookies.
This website does not use statistics, advertising or social media cookies.
Your consent
On your first visit, a notice at the bottom of the screen asks whether you accept optional cookies. You can accept all, keep only the essential ones or choose by category, and change your mind at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the website footer.
Each choice is recorded by the website as proof of consent, as provided for in Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD): date and time, the choice made, the period chosen, the language, the page, the version of this policy and the IP address without its last block (anonymized). These records are kept for 5 years and then deleted automatically.
How to manage cookies
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer to review your choice. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from sending the contact form and from accessing the Extranet.
