Collection of personal data
We only collect the information provided directly by users when they fill in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, service of interest, airport and message. We do not collect sensitive data.
Browsing data
To understand how the website is used and improve its content, we use Burst Statistics in cookieless mode. It records browsing statistics, such as pages visited, referral source and device type, and stores the data on the website server. In this mode, it uses an anonymous daily hash, with no cookies or fingerprinting; Burst data is not shared with third parties.
Use of data
The data is used exclusively to reply to requests and prepare commercial proposals, including sending users a confirmation that their message was received. We do not use this information for any other purpose without the user’s consent, recorded in the form itself.
Data sharing
Blueground does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties. The data remains under our responsibility, is treated confidentially and is accessed only by authorized staff.
To operate the website, we rely on providers that process data only on our behalf and for these purposes:
- Microsoft 365: sending contact form emails to our team and the confirmation to the user.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot check on the contact form, which analyzes technical browser data to prevent automated submissions.
Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, in compliance with legal deadlines. After the request has been handled, or when requested by the user, the information is removed from our systems.
